行動範囲を世界に広げると、自国ではなんでもない事が他国ではすごい事だったりします。数えてみれば90か国以上の方々と学生時代から出会い関わってきました。
世界は多様でそれゆえ、争いがあることも事実ですが、個人と個人で繋がり知り合うとお互い助け合えるもので、「違い」においての争いは固定概念や刷り込みなどによるものだと感じています。
私は幼少時代重いアトピーで差別を経験しました。高校で米国に留学した時、人種での差別を経験しました。社会人になり、妊娠出産時にマタハラを経験し、子育て中の女性が雇用されながら自分の築きたいキャリアを築くことが難しいと思わざるを得ないことを経験をしました。
そのような経験も人の固定概念や刷り込みから生じたことと今は思っています。
弊社は違いを知り、多様性を尊重し、一つの視点では課題で片方の視点ではニーズになること発見して行き繋げることによって力にしていきたいと願っています。
マイノリティと区切られるあらゆる人たちが活躍できる世の中を目指して。

Greetings
Once you open your door to the world, one thing it's really nothing in your country might amaze someone from different countries. I have been associated to people from over 90 countries from my school days to present.
The world is diversified, therefore, there are conflicts, but we can help each other by connecting and getting to know each other, and I feel that the conflict in "difference" is due to stereotypes and imprinting
I experienced a kind of discrimination due to my atopic dermatitis. When I studies abroad in the US, I experienced racial discrimination. As I was working to a company in Japan, I experienced, maternity discriminations to make myself convinced it is difficult to built the career that I wanted belonging to a company as a child-rearing women.
Thinking back those experiences, now I think those have happened due to people's stereotypes and imprinting.
We would like to know differences, respect diversity, discover issues from one perspective that alternatively demands from other side, and connect them to empower.
Aiming for a world where all people that are isolated as minorities now, can play active roles.
